2019 has been a great year, starting off in January with a solo show at the Englewood Art Center, a division of world-renowned Ringling College of Art & Design.
It was wonderful to hear so many positive comments from both visitors and professionals at my exhibition and energized me to get back to work in the studio after the big effort to get paintings finished and this show hung for the month of January. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Englewood Art it was a fantastic experience.
I am currently painting full-time, creating new geometric paintings in different shapes and sizes. It takes me some time to complete a painting because construction of each unique shape requires extra work and every painting is original, not identical editions of the same painting. Each new shape has its own personality and it's own unique angles but eventually, every painting is finished.
I am not represented by a gallery at this time but am interested in discussing future exhibition opportunities, either solo or in group shows where my art would be a good fit. I have public speaking experience and can talk about how my art is made or broader aspects of abstract art.
